Moving On But Not Moving Out

When I started Honest Answers over fourteen years ago I had big ideas and always hoped that it would be a great resource like GotQuestions.org and a beacon of light to those struggling through the muddy waters between Christianity and the culture we live in. I always had high hopes that I could have monetized it, to make a living and people would come to know the Lord through it. But it never got very far. Even though when I started it, blog rolls were a huge success and the preview of what we have today, much of its failure was on my part. I just couldn't give it the time, nor the artistic energy it needed. 

Through our period of COVID craziness, I decided to revisit the idea of a website that could be functional and useful to the Christian and the unbeliever alike. Since I couldn't strike up conversations with people who were scared of the virus, and my evangelism was drying up, I needed another outlet to reach people with the gospel. I joined GotQuestions.org as a writer and use the skills God has given me to answer questions online, but also to start Pens And Wrenches, a website to talk about my three loves of writing, repair, and restoration in Jesus Christ. 

Much of my writing from this website will be in the new one. I hope that you will come and find me.
